Ive just been watching rue and she is shuffling and getting up and looking at the eggs

 

does this mean that something is happening? or is she just getting comfy?

Every other day this week she has gone for a 'constitutional' at about 11.30am - but not today....? Does she know something?

She is doing the little grunting cluck that she has been doing all the time since being broody... Still can't hear any cheeping yet.

she has just turned round and put he biggest fluffy bum up to the camera

 

she keeps fluffing up the wood stuff she is sitting on and looking underneath at the eggs its quite lovely

The hand was trying to discover chicks! But it didn't! It was too busy fighting off Honeysuckle the marauding Amber Star who knows that I put treats in the broody coop and won't let me go any where near without gatecrashing!

 

And 'dressing' the broody box with tasteful drinking vessels for Rue, as you can see!
