Raina
Hi, I'm not sure but i'd move her & the eggs to another coop & run as the other hen might attack the chicks,I could be wrong though. Raina

Lewis
Ideally you'd have 3 hens so you could separate the broody and the other 2 will be fine together. You'll need separate housing for the broody + chicks until they're old enough to integrate, which means the other hen will be alone for around 10 weeks. You'll also have to think about homes for cockerels.
teri
you definatley need to move your broody. i'd aslo allow her a few days to settle in as the move may put her off a bit. do you have a seperate pen? there are lots of ideas about what to ise on the forum including the famous argos toybox! some omleteers bring the broody indoors but i left mine in the garden. she hatch 7 chicks. just choose a sheltered area and they will be fine good luck teri
