Scott James, the lad with Asperger's syndrome, is a relative of mine. (My aunt's grandson).He is tipped to do quite well apparently. My aunt was on the phone a couple of months ago saying he blew the judgesd away in the auditions - Louis Walsh said he made the hair stand up on the back of his head! :shock: Can't wait to see him. :D

How fab for you :D I think he will go a long way and it would probably be even better for him if he didn't win. He had a fantastic voice and just such a lovely way about him :D as well as being absolutely gorgeous *swoon*.

 

That wasn't an easy song to sing either :clap:

I think he would still have been good, but it is good to see how an auditionee works the audience. That is a skill in itself!

I didn't really enjoy it. It was like BGT, but only without the buzzers.

 

I enjoyed it much better when it was just the judges, how it used to be.

Not sure if I'll carry on watching it :? . And what was with the backing music aswell?

 

It also seems like we only saw about 5 auditions ..

:think: That doesn't sound good! Especially if you dont get to see many auditions. I've recorded it, so not seen it yet.

I must admit I'm not sure that I like the new format. It seems particularly cruel now to make the auditionees that they know are rubbish perform in front of the big audience. Almost like throwing the Christians to the lions :roll:

 

The few auditions that we did actually see and that went through were good, Stacey had a fantastic voice and gave me goosebumps as did Daniel. Fantastic stage presence. I bet he's a really enthusiastic teacher and sweeps the kids along with him. :D
