Joojoo
I only live 10 mins down the road from here http://www.bromptoncookeryschool.co.uk/ and I know it's not cheap for a one day course but I really fancy doing the Meat Masterclass - what do you reckon? Joojoo
Phew - at least it's not just me that thinks it's a good idea then There's quite a few courses (especially the chocolate one) that sound tempting but I think the meat one would be lovely. Mmmmmmmm I can almost smell a nice leg of lamb roasting slowly *dribbling*
Space Chick
I love the sound of the Advanced dinner party course. I am waiting for a Bread Course in a local mill, I wasn't able to make the last one so am waiting for the next date. So, I think it sounds a fabulous idea

ClaireG
Ooh that looks really good I'm thinking of asking people if they can club together to get me something like that for Christmas.
ubereglu
Looks good! It might save you money in the long run too, as I suspect it will give you more ideas on what to do with cheaper cuts and leftovers!
poachedegg
Looks really good - perhaps a christmas present to yourself?

Chucky Mama
I am planning to go on the Morrocan & North African cookery day here: http://www.thebistrodevizes.co.uk/CMSPro/4/16.php I've just seen the price £98 but I think I deserve a treat - hope you get to taste the food though. I went on a healthy eating cookery course once and they didn't let anyone taste anything Ended up nipping into the chip shop on the way home
Joojoo
That's the true definition of healthy eating isn't it, if you don't actually get to taste it? I haven't heard back from them yet but hopefully will tomorrow. If I don't I'll give them a ring. I'm not sure if it has officially opened yet so that could be why there is a delay. I'm really excited about it though Hope you get onto your course too
