atsw
OH has just been out into the garden to let the chooks and chicks have some free range time. The Pekins all headed straight to the picnic bench, so she took a picture on her phone and sent it over to me. It made me smile, so I thought I'd share it with you all . As you'll see, Liquorish is now so frizzly that it's hard to make out some of his features, he's just like a big feather duster now . KateG
Wild mum, funny you should say that..I've been off the forum pretty much since my girls arrived due to illness...and as soon as I logged back in I went to browse the shop and then saw lots of fluffy hens I fancied and now I've even worked how I could house another rabble of girls...oh dear, my poor family. My poor neighbours. My poor savings.

atsw
It looks as though they are all going to burst into song at the same time Ha, funny you should say that, this morning the three 'normal' boys were all crowing their heads off at 8:00am . Luckily we live in a semi-rural area, and their little crows, while now well defined, aren't that loud yet. We've checked and the neighbours are all fine with them, so no immediate rush to get them off to their new homes. Liquorish was strangely silent, although did chase the other boys around a bit as they were all let out. Anyway, nice sunny day today, so here's a bunch more pictures of 'the boys', including a few of you know who . The girls have not changed that much since the last set of pictures I posted, but the boys seem to change on a daily basis. The gold plumage around their necks is now very clear and the feathers on their feet are something else. Andrew
Ain't Nobody Here
What brilliant photos . I think they've copied the concept of humans attaching dusters to their feet . Your WIR must be totally dust-free . (Yeah, right .)
