Does anybody ever feel ..... Part # 9

Recommended Posts

....Ooh Marky ...he doesn't say hi to us anymore.

No, perhaps Mark thinks we're crazy?

Well, we have ruined his original topic which he probably thought would drop down after a couple of pages.

We are crazy, and we've taken over the topic. I expect Mark had a quick look & did this  and :roll: before escaping from the crazy peeps. Sorry Mark!

Goodnight all. xx

But you have done so much in that time Debs - like made Part # 7 and #8 go so much quicker while you had the laptop to hand!:whistle: Is this the week you get a double check to see if you are OK again?

I think I have JJ's cold, but not reaching for the lemon and honey (or the ginger) just yet in case it's just normal allergy sniffles. :? Perhaps it's the Stalosan clearing out the pipes for me.

Morning!

I can't believe how many pages I've just read through since Friday evening.

We had a nice weekend, quite a lazy day on Saturday - I got a lay in! Sunday up early and went to Church, then hubby and me went to town - on our own! Spent far too much money, but had a good time, and we didn't go to John Lewis.

I never like the sound of banana cakes, or anything banana for that matter.

Just got back from the school, my friend whose little boy is in Dan's class did the daftest thing this morning. She put her baby in the car and drove off leaving the pushchair on the pavement. She didn't realise until she got to Sainsbury's and found the pushchair wasn't in the boot. Drove back to where she'd parked and it was gone. She reported it to the police, in case some one handed it in, the police lady on the phone was actually laughing at her when my friend told her what she'd done. My friend was getting herself all annoyed thinking someone had stolen it - it wasn't a cheap pushchair - when one of the other mum's just came up to her and said she'd rescued it and put it in her house

What made it even funnier for us was that she nearly left it on Friday, but one of the mum's knocked her car window before she drove away. Blame it on lack of sleep

At least it was the pushchair she left and not the baby  When DS was a baby i was getting him in the car and put my purse on the roof whilst i did up the car seat. I drove off forgetting my purse was on the roof :roll: Luckily i realised before i'd got far and retraced my steps, i found my purse at a roundabout

The police woman did actually ask her if the baby was still in the pushchair. My friend pointed out that she wouldn't be so calm, and laughing about it, if she'd left the baby aswell.

My MIL did that to OH - she went on the bus to the shops with him and the pram. Went in the greengrocers, came out and went home on the bus. Realised something was missing and caught the next bus to find him still asleep outside the shop! Nuff said about her really! Luckily there was another bus - we don't get them frequently here.

Mum (always going on about my weight) in all her wisdom bought us all Thorntons chocolate as a little pressie while she was away at my brothers. It was a pack of all around the world choccie ranging from 35% cocoa to 75%. It advises you to start with the milky choc and savour the flavours. So I did and now I feel bleh! Serves me right for being a piggy. Still, there are lots more, but at least I know the one I like now. Strangely enough it is the 70% on - Sao Tome. Lots of iron in those dark ones - ahem, my excuse.

All this talk of chocolate and I've eaten half a big bar.

Was feeling sorry for myself, I went to the dentist to have tooth out it broke then after a lot of pushing and pulling and poking dentist couldn't get it out. Ow my poor jaw now the injection has worn off. Is that an excuse for the other half. :anxious: or do I reach for the gin.
