Anyone else feel like their right arm has been cut off now they don't have their true blood books for company!!

 

May give twilight a go!

 

Black dagger books have arrived ... But I'm not sure!

 

Black Dagger...they were going to leap into my Amazon shopping basket tomorrow as I have finished all 5 Vampire Diaries but now you have me wondering...not sure how?

 

You mean you haven`t read Twilight already!!!!! It is a bit different to True Blood but I think BETTER!! :anxious:

Hey Palmer ... I think I'm going to carry on with the Twilight series then have another go at Black Dagger. The thing that put me off is at the beginning there is a 'key' as to who is what and whom ..... I think too that I have got used to Vampires being able to feed on a human and not necessarily kill them ..... and even with Twilight that seems to be Edward's bug bear is that he wants to feed on Bella and as a result he will have to kill her. Also slightly put off by Bella's character in the film. She seems so anxty and serious that I can't see what he sees in her - but then again so is he .... so anyway I'll press on and await Charlaine Harris' next book in May!

 

But going back to Black Dagger - don't let me put you off - i'm very fickle when it comes to books so you may love them. Maybe see if you can get the first one cheap from Ebay and give them a try?

I watched and thought it was fab. Looking forward to the next 11 weeks!!

 

Still can't wait until May until the next book comes out. I'm reading Twilight at the moment but (of course) its just not the same. Also I just don't like Kirstin Stewart ... she's to anxsty ... and she's like it in real life (her BAFTA speech) so it kind of spoils it for me when I'm reading the book. I can't get her out of my head!! :twisted:
