Proper birthday cards with chickens on?

 

I was just wondering whether any of you had seen proper chicken birthday cards with the words happy birthday-As I'm trying to design one for a friend's birthday and don't have many ideas at the minute.

They sell them at the Domestic Fowl Trust Liz. I think they say Happy Birthday - but they may be Blank

i had one for my birthday in october, there is a local artist who does them. i can get you the info if you want it.

I bought some lovely chicken cards off somebody's relative through this site.

I received a lovely printed one. I'd seen them at a trade stall at a county show or similar, there are lots printed which are from original paintings. Now, how would someone know to send me a card with chickens on.

I'm sure your friend will be delighted with the card Liz if it's anything like the pics you've done.

Hi yes - phoenix trading sell one - but you would have to hunt down a trader / consultant near you ( my sister is one ). Oh and I've had some xmas cards from her with 3 french hens on! Well funny - 3 chickens all dressed up in beret hats , stripy t shirts and onions round their necks!

Quite good!

 

As for birthday cards, only really spotted one in a shop, but wasn't fussed as it was an artists impression done in watercolours - bit wishy washy really! I like comical cards!
