Waklert 150mg: Boosting Wakefulness and Focus

I am the type of person who doesn't like 'stuff' or ornaments etc, our house is quite minimalist and modern, the garden has muted colours etc........however August 2008, for my 40th birthday, YS bought me a gnome that wolf whistles when you go past it. This morning going out in my dressing gown, unkempt hair and crocs, the minute I step out the door I get a wolf whistle.......makes me smile every time.....but I don't 'do' garden gnomes!!!

 

So, do you have anything you love which you wouldn't usually?!

I am not a fan of plastics in the garden - I like wood, and I like a cottage-garden style of garden with lots of plants, and I like traditional garden structures. If you'd asked me a few years ago if I would have a large plastic brightly-coloured object in my garden I'd have said 'never'.

 

I'm always amazed at how good it looks in the garden - especially !

I have to say my dining chairs. I was looking at traditional tables and chairs initially, then I fell in love with a modern extending table at dwell, it seemed to go brilliantly with my new kitchen/dining room and was really practical as it could be small when just the 2 of us or 4, partially extended for 6 or fully extended for 8. I then had to find suitable chairs, and the shop assistant brought over these.....

They are so not the style I would have gone for, but when OH and I sat in them, they were by far the comfiest chairs we had ever sat in, and as we enjoy hosting dinner parties and entertaining we wanted comfy chairs.

 

All our friends love them, and when they do come over for dinner, we hardly ever leave the dining table after the meal. In fact one of my friends has since bought the chairs since as she loved them so much.

I was never a dog person and knew Carl always wanted a dog one day. When we moved to somewhere with space and he had more time, we had Jazz. I love her to bits now and yesterday we collected another little puppy

Our living room is painted white and hubby was keen to have a say in the decor as he has never been allowed before

 

the walls are stll white but after MUCH deliberation and shopping around we have orange curtains with red, terracotta and pale yellow circles on, a tan chair, a chestnut sofa, a bright red dog bed and a burgundy rug I should hate it but hubby went to so much effort to 'match' (and I use that word loosely) everything that I really like it

My mum & dad brought me a chicken key holder, the naffest, awful thing you have ever seen and in my pre chicken days would never have seen the light of day but now, well, errr... its on the wall with my keys hanging there and i love it

Great replies - when I get in bed I always say 'best bit' meaning best bit of the day, plumped up pillow and snuggly duvet....bliss!

I have 5 ukuleles, in 5 different colours, 2 sizes and 4 tunings... and I want another one in another size with more strings.

I could never understand how some people collected instruments - but now I do.

Jerri my daft as a brush silkie! I have never ever liked silkies, thiking them a bit daft. Jerri was supposed to be a silkie cross chick, but she grew into a glorious little fully fluffy silkie and me and OH have totally fallen for her.

I would say our pet rats - not something that was ever on my list, but DD wanted pet rats. So glad we did, what fantastic characters they were - sadly all gone a few years ago. Next to the chickens the best pets we ever had.
