I needed to use my little sewing kit today. Because its so pretty, I can leave it out on the dresser which means I know where it is and wont have to rummage in cupboards and drawers and other scary bottomless pit type places. Hubby answered the door to the postie & laughed thinking he might have to sign craftyhunnypie! It was a right large parcel & we both literally went "Oh wow" when I opened it. I have the most gorgeous patchwork chicken cushion. It is gorgeous & I am so touched that someone has made me something so beautiful! Thank you, thank you. I am thrilled to bits. I am so made up with it as it is something that I can't make - I just can't do patchwork! Everyone who has visited today has gone " Oh I like that". It looks fab on my settee & it is so very well made. I can't thank my 'maker' enough. I haven't a clue who you are - sorry! Thanks again. Emma.x P.S. Photo's tomorrow afternoon. I've watched a couple of these swap threads and am always impressed with what other people make, I think it's me being in awe of what other people can do, I know what I can do.
