OK, those of you that have your 3D glasses from Channel 4's 3D week, now is the time to get them out

 

Phil, my long suffering husband, is a keen photographer (as some of you know from previous postings of mine )

 

Recently, he has started to explore more 3D photography after buying a flash new lens

 

Here are his recent pics of his girls (I say his because I am included too )

 

You need to look at them for a minute to really get the 3D effect coming through

err - actually just a bit cos I need to post photo's later and it will take me an age in 2D let alone 3D

I don't have any 3D glasses , I will have to go next door but one and nick some off the kids to get the full effect .

Welll I'm glad the kids are in bed so they can't see me stood in the kitchen, looking like a plonker with daft glasses on checking out chicken shots! What would they say at work if they could see me now!!

Very impressed though, particularly the last one, that one looked really 3D to me!

I'm very cross with my YS who had some 3D glasses for the cinema recently but took the lenses out .

 

We're left with Brains from Thunderbird glasses .

So how do I get the 3D specs. They had them in cornflakes a few years ago (like quite a few )

They were giving them away in Sainsburys a few weeks ago - channel 4 had a 3D week.

 

There are 5 pairs on the trusty ebay for £1.50, here

Lewis, the 3D I have used is the blue and amber color code glasses (It is spelt color and not colour as it is american). This is the new fangled system that is being used now, and a lot of the DVDs are now in this.

 

The link that you have put for ebay is for the older red/blue glasses, which are only in a 2 tone 3D as opposed to a multi colour.

 

However, when Phil processed the pictures he also did the traditional red/blue 3D too

 

Although I chose to upload the color code ones as those were the glasses given away for the 3D week.

We used the sainsburys glasses, some on ebay, more expensive even though the seller got them for free 1 pair for £2.80
