Space Chick
I'm great thanks Josh *Waves enthusiastically* How are you on this cold December morning? Glad the wrist is better Claire, make sure you wear gloves, otherwise the cold air could make it stiffen up and slow your recovery.

Valkyrie
Oh good Claire. I must go and check on the whingey bunch too Josh. I keep telling them I can't do anything about the icey bits and I'd rather it not be there too. Then off to do the washing - can't think of anything I'd rather be doing. See you later bods - keep warm.

Lewis
Guten morgen Had a bit of an ebay day yesterday Bought a digital camera because ours has been broken for about 6 months and so we have to use the mobiles and it was only £5.95 Some new LED lights, a smaller version of the ones I hired for school And I saw a £150 controller for them for £40 but I got outbid in literally the last second Josh, one word, ... click

Valkyrie
Hmmm velly interlesting. I like the mobile watering can - this doesn't mean I would like one for my birthday - like Murray did for my birthday - a couple of times. But a big one like that would have been handy for that hot summer a few years ago (distant memory now) when we had a relay team doing the veg with my Canadian cousin - who stopped every now and again to take pics. Now that was hard work - could have done with that thingy!
PurpleTree
Hi all, had a really slippery walk to the school this morning. We've got sheets of ice posing as a light dusting of snow, made Olly walk as I didn't think I'd be able to push the pushchair and stay upright. He slipped less than I did Why couldn't school have broken up on Friday? Would've made life so much easier. I did open the run door when I got back, but last time I looked the girls still hadn't ventured out.

Valkyrie
It's not good underfoot that's for sure. Fred - we get hosepipe bans here - last couple of summers we haven't though - because of the lack of summer!

ClaireG
I'm ffffffff freezing. The storage heaters here are pretty rubbish Have lit the fire though so hopefully will defrost soon. Luckily, Morrisons wasn't too manic. The carpark was icy and slushy though which was yukky and i was a tad worried i was going to slip again

PurpleTree
My dad's come to the rescue and is picking Dan up from school for me. Just sorted the chickens, they'd only just ventured out of the run and now I've shut them in again My patio seemed to be one big sheet of ice, managed not to slip though *phew*
Lewis
It is in a safe place I put it there on the day of the National, because it was with the badges. Our chickens were all free-ranging together and the ducks on the patio. They were trying to get to the ice on the paddling pool so I cracked it and filled it up and they went mad for it! Its all icy now Pox still refuses to let anyone touch her - she's the fastest chicken ever!
Scramble
Evening Good Luck Debs Ahh...you see, Chichi tied a blanket around our hose so the water didn't freeze Got lots of preeetty things for my sibling It's a miracle! I went on a bus and nothing odd happened! I can't remember the last time I had a normal bus ride.....either it doesn't stop, people sit on me or I lose my ticket...but today...mwahaha I have the upper hand little bus Ignore me...cold has gotten to my head. Aww, exchanged christmas gifts with friend today...she'd put mine in a stocking...which she'd sewn my name on. It was so sweet. We went "ice skating" down the road as well I'm freezing now...I'm going to turn the heating up while the parentals are out
