Well, Everyone in my house is ill, most of the neighbours are ill,lots of people up town were coughing/sneezing

 

and lots of people on facebook are ill.

Hope you're all better soon. Everyone at work either has a nasty cold or the Norovirus

 

I had it last week

My son has a rotten head cold, and guess what even when they are bigger than you they suddenly come over all affectionate when they have an illness to share

Little Miss Webmuppet has a horrid cold, not that shw wants to miss any school this week (she did try to wangle a day off today only to realise that they were singing in the parish church today and didn't want to miss it)

Eeeek! Seems to be only you Midlanders - don't you dare come up north - I had serious proper flu for almost 6 weeks las Xmas, and was poorly the Xmas before. Fingers crossed, nothing so far.

 

I am quite sure that it is something to do with the stress of the build up to Xmas, your immune system holds up untio youstart to wind down for Xmas, and then the lurgy takes hold.

 

Don't you lot dare come over the Thelwall viaduct!

Well it's definitely down south too, small boy had a cold for nearly 3 weeks and coughed and coughed, now eldest has a hacking cough, I've come over all hot and cold and have a croaky throat. Fingers crossed the norovirus stays away, that's just horrible, hope you're better now Claret. And ChickenNutter, reckon you're right about everyone overdoing it on the run up to Christmas, it's got to take it's toll somewhere

Well the last of my kids has just come down with "it". Now we've all had "it" At least it's all over by Christmas. Hope you are all happy 'n' healthy

Yup we all have the lurgey down in the Surrey Hills too- no joke when you run a farm AND it snows AND its Xmas run-up. Thank goodness all parties are over (although Younger Son missed his Air Cadets black tie do last night) I must be develping second sight- all my shopping was done by November!

Well, they all came down with it at work, although I strongly suspect that some of the 'icing sugar girls' were jumping on the bandwagon
