rabbitfluff
I was just reading this thinking the thread had taken an interesting turn! Bringing it back to the faulty trouser though (and some gratuitous sympathy grabbing while I'm there) - I slipped over in the snow and broke my wrist yesterday, which has made certain functions challenging and lengthy, so flyless trousers and rakish underpants I can see may be of some use after all! ClaireG
Oh no You have my sympathy, i slipped over on Saturday and hurt my wrist, didn't break it though.
theherd123
Oh dear! You both have my sympathies and yes jogging bottoms and other elastic pants are needed right now! Sending you both healing hugs
Egluntyne
Oh no! At least you won't have to worry about fastening that emergency cummerbund. I hope your wrist soon heals and isn't too painful.

Oh no , you poor thing . I would certainly make life a lot easier for your self then and just go commando under elasticated joggers . Just don't tell anyone who has my sense of humour though, or they may give your pants a tug .

welovemarmite
at least you didn't slip over the day your flies had broken or that would have been very embarrassing for you and your rescuers... (cartoon images in my head) but i must not laugh.... it gets you out of the pressie wrapping if nothing else..
Valkyrie
Get your OH to fix a ribbon or string to the zip so if necessary you can DIY those trews with one hand - or you could use your teeth too. I guess you aren't the first to injure yourself in this weather and looking outside I think you will have lots of company as more people slip over. Not nice. But I do think you deserve a group hug from us all!
chick wiggle
Oh Tim, you poor thing! ( the things men do to get out of helping at christmas! ) Joggys all the way for you now then
