The Dogmother
Sorry! *splutters trying not to laugh* I can just see it now, I bet the air was blue at Egluntyne Towers. Was he at all apologetic, or even sympathetic? My ex once locked me out - barefoot, subzero temps and in my PJs - while he went canoeing 10 ,iles away. All i had were the car keys, so I drove to the canoe club and luckily (for me) caught him before her set off for a 50 mile paddle. Not best amused as you can imagine! Egluntyne
Was he at all apologetic, or even sympathetic? Vaguely sheepish is about as far as it went. You know what he is like. Permanently baffled. No wonder he is your 'ex'. Couperwife
clare I can just imagine you stood at the side of the river, wearing a pair of piglet (bright pink) short legged jimjams, shaking your fist yelling "oi, I need to get dressed" (I dont think you actually own any short legged, bright pink, piglet jimjams, but its an amusing thought ) cathy x

The ex was never allowed to forget that incident by the canoe club members, nor by me.
Clur
I've done that to OH - went out and double locked the front door. He couldn't get out and wasn't very happy, but at least he was in comfort!!!! Glad you've thawed out now
