Alis girls
No I'm not hungover just tired and a bit deflated after a week of too much food not enough exercise if you dont count an uphill walk to the pub on Boxing Day :shameonu:We are all tired and grumpy after a party which finsihed at 2am. Was rudely awoken by cat who decided 7am was his breafast time so struggled downstairs and chucked food around. stumbled back to bed and was awoken by same cat at 9am wanting to go out. Chucked OH out for this and to make tea. I need another holiday to get over this. Chrimbo decs looked tired too. hey ho Happy New year
Patricia W
Between now and about 14th Feb is my least favourite time of the year - but at least the days are getting longer... sloooowly.... Tricia
Jules.
Christmas is always an exhausting time of year, what with the running around beforehand & then all the business of the day itself.

poachedegg
Quite tired, but only had one drink last night - a culmination of newborn in the house and all the organising of Christmas......it isn't going to quieten down either for the next month or so as DS (15) is Hansel in the pantomime at the end of January and there are lots and lots of rehearsals for him to be taken too and picked up from (most evenings and both weekend days) and then 2 days after it finishes it is his 16th birthday......roll on spring I say!! Cooks
yes too fragile for my own good and not at all alcohol related. I am physically shattered and could do with an unhindered sleep routine... anytime soon would be good.
ChrisP
I'm feeling fragile, but not through over-indulgence of alcohol Instead I have a throat infection, so spent NYE on water, not alcohol
missuscluck
I find the whole Christmas and new year thing exhausting TBH. I really like it when one nice thing happens to me or my lot and treasure it. My sons Birthday is the 20th Dec, mine is Christmas eve and my daughters is the 12th Jan along with me usually doing the Christmas dinner (for 14 this year ) and new year celebrations I find it exhausting. One nice thing at a time would do for me. I do enjoy it but I find it hard to get my head round all the events happening one after the other and feel a bit like it all passes so quick. My head cant keep up. And after avoiding it thus far I now have the festive cold so Im feeling a bit rubbish today. Heres to 2010.
Valkyrie
Mainly tired. I think it's all the stress - shouldn't be, we have it down to a fine art now. Not looking forward to MIL was the worst bit, and although the day came and went, I still feel stressy and tired. I think I need a walk along the beach to blow the cobwebs away. Alis girls
Just tired now - also get stressed with extended elderly family - they do my head in. Tried to get out more and took YS to see Alvin and the Chipmonks - high squeaky voices made my nerves jangle but it was worth it for the popcorn Just glad its over.
