Chook n Boo Mum
Are they needle felted Y? What state are your fingers in............. mine looked like they'd been used as pin cushions Lovely pieces Sha x
Ygerna
They are needle felted and I only stabbed myself once, but, that was enough ouchies. Yesterday though I tried cobweb felting, a wet felting technique which gives amazing thin, soft felt. I now have a lovely soft scarf I also have a design floating around in my head for a piece of Jewellery. Got to find some workspace here at home though before I will be able to do that one. Chook n Boo Mum
Very pretty, like a corsage that girls going to a prom wear..lovely You seem to get your pieces stabbed together quite quickly, how firm do you get them, are they quite floppy or rock hard............that would make sense to a needle felter Sha x
Ygerna
I would say middle of the road-ish. for the corsage, I wanted to trial the concept out. The hair elastics are nice and firm, they will get a lot of wear and tear. The brooch, again that was middling, as it wont get much abuse, although the pin is fixed with a pad of well felted wool, to aid it being fastened.
