Re the wine: well it counts in my book, but these girls are strict! told me to do my 5 a day and then up'd it to 7, I mean never satisfied. :lol:

You need your carbs each meal to fill you up but keep low fat so bread, rice, pasta, cereal, potato, bagel, noodles or small bit of malt loaf. It'll help soak up those fermented grapes

I have done a huuuuuuuge shop with sainsburys which is coming thurs (if you order over £100 you get free delivery) so I have much more choice in that shop.. noodles and everyyyything!.

Exercise as well it's amazing how energetic you feel after a bit of exercise. Must do it more often

weeelllllll I have jsut back from the Cinema with Em, we went to pizza hut afterwards and I had garlic bread bruchetta (sp?) for starters, main I had Salad (see I am an )

 

ealier today I had some branflakes for breakfast with orange juice and lunch I had scrambled eggs (no bread)

 

I think all my 5 a day were covered in my salad it was huuuuuuge!!! I piled it up well
