piling on the pounds since being less mobile UPDATED

Shouldn't eat and type :lol:

 

I have just had a Pork Loin Steak (outdoor bred, higher welfare obviously :wink: ) with carrots, peas and mashed parsnips :drool: I was going to make my pear cider cream sauce to go with it, but I didn't have a bottle of pear cider left :oops: (Please note, I never drink it, only use it in cooking!)

 

Just following this thread, I have lost 2 pounds :dance:

2 pound cant be sniffed at can it, I mean we've only just started.. :lol:

 

I always seem to be munching and forum surfing these days. The pasta was mighty nice I have to say. My doc says he is weighing me next time I go in to see him in a month to encourage me.. :lol::lol::lol: I do like my doctor

 

pear cider??? I hate pears... :vom::vom: plus they bring me out in a rash, which is why I probably hate them.. :lol: but haven't tried the cider.. :lol:

my doc said a loss of 2lb ish a week is what I should aim for so I am about on track there :lol: thats without exercise at the moment as well, hmmm unless you count me exercising my fingers typing on here.. :lol:

 

indigestion and nightmares??? blimey plum what was on that beetroot..:lol: :lol:

 

*squints to read* 4lb??? thats a lot for 2 days... :lol:

I've lost 8lb since beginning of January so ok and started exercise. Well we've changed office and I have 2 flights of stairs to climb, don't use lift :shameonu: but do it with attitude and sometimes even run :lol: no gym for me :oops:

ooooooh no wonder you lost 4lb.. :lol: I used to have a job where I listerally had to run around the building all night long .. I lost sooooo much weight as there were NO stairs and two flights.. :lol: stairs are ace.
