They will be scoffed :lol: Won't be hatching any ducklings :( - probably only have room for 1 more duck and no drakes :)

 

Will wait a couple of days for a photo - they're really fragile in the 1st couple of days and have lost a few before so don't want to risk it. Hope these survive :)

As embarrassing as this is to say, I am going to bed :oops:

 

I have been reading a fab book for half an hour every night (after I leave you lot :wink: ) and so fancy lying in my bed and reading as I can't put it down.

 

It is a novel, based on historical fact, about the racial problems and Ku Klux Klan in South America during Teddy Roosevelt's Presidency. I am finding it upsetting to the point of tears in parts, but then there are stories on white and black families standing together to fight the racism which are heart warming.

 

Don't forget I won't be on until late tomorrow :wink:

yes kooj I dissapeared for a while :lol:

 

I might start not making any sense soon as I have taken a hefty pain killer, my foots really sore and puffy.

Lewis has just put the quacks away, Jemima went in the WIR fine but Gerald thinks its hilarious to run around the back :shameonu::lol:

I thought I'd be clever and block it with some wood, about 2 ft high - he gets to it and .... over he flies :eh: and he does have clipped wings :lol:

Hmmm I remember a short while ago a certain little pekin (Min) was giving me the runaround - she's not last in anymore, tonight I had to steer in Sadie - but she wasn't zipping all round the garden though. :roll:

 

I am scoffing a coffee ice cream like a Magnum. :drool: Tis lurvely, can't type with one hand - seems odd. :?

Well, my cheeky little 3 week old legbar decided to jump the divide and go and say hello to Talulah, she just looked on in wonder :lol::lol:

Poor Tyra is still sneezing but looks nice and warm and comfy so still have fingers crossed for her :anxious:
