I love it too and saw a trailer for the new series last night, it's moving to Thursday nights and I think it starts in April, can't remember the date though

That's exciting news! I was only watching the first series again on DVD yesterday with my ED (particularly like the scene about the nit farm )

 

2nd series was even better I think

 

It's a brilliant concept that the directors just give the kids ideas of where to take the scenes and the adults have to react accordingly - so much like real family life where you are trying hard not to laugh at something serious and ridiculous that your kids have said.

We watched it with my parents whilst on holiday at Centerparcs. Mum & dad had never seen it before, & laughed quite a bit.

 

I was a bit about what they would think of some of the humour/language, but they liked it

I enjoyed the chav spotting, how the older kid actually enjoyed the trip really and the toilet scence...oh dear. I think most people have found themselves in similar situations where people think there's no one in a loo, when you actually are!

Well we sat down to watch the episode on during the week (first time) and won't be bothering again. We gave up after 10 minutes. We just didn't find it funny Our ES thinks its hilarious though.

Although a few things made me chuckle - the same as Ubereglu, I don't think it was anywhere near their funniest episode. I will stick with it as I've enjoyed the two previous seiries( how on earth do you spell that - it looks all wrong) and see how it develops.

I did read a review in the paper that said that it wasn't as good as the previous series so perhaps we need to watch from series 1?
