Guest
We always play pooh sticks when we're out, and we find a river. I used to play it with my grandmother and brothers when we went bramble picking, but they went and built a shopping centre over the fields and stream. hillfamily
I used to play pooh sticks..........always good fun We always play when we go out and find a suitable bridge. Even went to Ashdown Forest once (think that's what's it called) where the real Pooh Bridge is, that A A Milne used for his inspiration

The Dogmother
I love playing Pooh sticks - there's a perfect bridge in Norfolk near my folks' house.
Guest
we have a good bridge linking the two farms behind our house and we play Pooh sticks there. I have also been to the real Pooh stick bridge - it's a long walk isn't it? Especially with excited little ones who can't wait to play! To be a bit pedantic, it's not Mother's Day. It's Mothering Sunday. And it marks the half-way point through Lent.
Egluntyne
Endcliffe Park, Sheffield is the perfect place to play Pooh Sticks. A pleasant stream and lots of small bridges. Spent many an afternoon there feeding the ducks and Pooh Sticking when my children were small. Oh heck, I've come over all nostalgic!
