Geoid
I want to eat something a bit different for breakfast (not the usual toast, cereal etc) but it has to contain eggs, as my fridge is overflowing with them at the moment Has anyone got any ideas? majorbloodnock
Kedgeree. That's a marvellous breakfast to set you up. Alternatively, how about Eggs Benedict? Not only do you use up eggs in the poaching, you also use some in the Hollandaise sauce.

But with mushroom & leek instead of bacon / sausage. On toast for breakfast or on pasta for dinner!
