Right, gallery - hmmmm, I have enough problems with the silly thing myself but Nicola's instructions should work. I'll go into my album and have a go and check they're right but I'm pretty sure that should work. If you see loads of empty albums appear - don't tell James it was me again, will you ! The drop down menu only has a couple of options on in the Kate's Mugshots album and yet the other one has loads! Me and technology don't really get along that well I know which album has my pics in so when I get more eggs I can add them anyway By the way Sarah I have just found your pic with David Beckham has been added great pics of you and the family I can't wait to go home today and see if she has produced another egg my neighbours are really going to think I ahve lost the plot now. Louise Posted March 27, 2005 Author Share Posted March 27, 2005 Hi, I think Wilma has laid her first egg I had one when i got home yesterday and then there was a soft one in the eglu this morning when I checked and Wilma was making quite a bit of noise so I suspect it was her. The one yesterday was bigger than the last 2 at 54g so I think it must be Bettys I hope this is not going to be a trend with Wilma. Betty scoffs crushed shell but Wilma won't touch it. So my neighbours were treated to me at 7.15 this morning cleaning the Eglu again in my dressing gown before dashing out the door to work :oops:Not a pretty sight Hopefully they weren't up since in old time it was 6.15 and Easter Sunday as well Anyway Happy Easter everyone hope you are all tucking into fresh Easter Sunday eggs from your girls Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Trish Posted March 27, 2005 Share Posted March 27, 2005 Louise, our Ruby laid one normal egg then two soft shelled ones when she first started and I got really panicy, ask the people here Since then she's been absolutley fine. I'm begining to think that maybe the odd soft shell is just normal for some chooks but we just didn't know about it when we didn't have chooks and were so far removed from the process. I guess in commercial egg production those that lay occasional soft eggs would just be gotten rid of. Hopefully all will be well with Wilma from now on.
