Humans are often quicker to complain than to commend and congratulate, but it's the commending and congratulating that encourages us to carry on being the best we can be. On the packaging or the website? I'm impressed they've managed to change their entire supply chain in eight weeks. Maybe they have a slow web administrator and some old packaging to get through? On their site. They hate me at work on 'cream cake days', Mercedes55; I'll only have free range cakes (my choice is usually egg custard from M&S) or none at all.
