M&S have them on their site - the gardening organiser fell into my trolley as it has a fat hen on the front

A couple of weeks ago we were at our pub quiz night and they had a new board up by the door saying 'Now taking Christmas bookings'......................

The back to school deals have already started as well. The poor kids haven't even broken up yet. You'd think they could wait till the end of term before they start reminding them that they have to go back

I've already bought some Christmas Presents............ a first for me ............... I'm a "bunch of flowers from a petrol station on Christmas Eve" person usually

The other week, there was a black christmas tree in Debenhams with cards about some sort of offer decorating it.. I couldn't bear to look

The worst of it is knowing that if you wait until the last week of the hols for uniform most places have almost sold out, but 6 weeks is a lot of growing time in this house!

Yep - Next directory delivered the other day! Boots start their Xmas stuff earlier each year. Always used to be mid October - but it seems to be beginning in September these days.

There are no cossies in the shops anymore either. Unless your idea of a cossie is very tiny bikini separates in bright green bottoms and neon pink s"Ooops, word censored!"s-o-fabric tops. It's not even holiday month yet!

I was putting out the Halloween stock for the display at work today! And we got some Christmas stock in! (But that's just sitting in the stock room for a while)

I know that one-the only ones I found were hilarious. They were from M&S and had frills, very silly! In the end I finally got one, (I'd tried about 13 places and only been able to try on 5!). It was from a very nice shop in Sheringham, where I was holidaying near to last week, a very nice joules halterneck one like this:
