AJuff
I spent the first half hour of the day watching my youngest DD hunting for chocolate eggs Later I took all three kids down to the Abbey as two were singing in the choir. I bagged a seat and enjoyed a lovely service. Afterwards I took the choir photograph which is going to go on the back of their new CD. Back at home I dug out a new border and planted lots of plants I bought yesterday. I'm very pleased with the results especially when two bees paid a visit. Later I realised I had no creme fraiche so chicken tarragon was off the menu! As the weather was so nice we had hot chicken salad instead which was lush. Took DD2 to her friends for a BBQ and a sleepover. Quiet evening planning what to do for the rest of the week! 2am now and I'm up as someone rang and woke me up and I can't get back to sleep. I've cut out letters to go on a cushion I'm making for a new baby. Not sure I can sew them on now . . Yawn . . To bed I think!
bigmommasally
Sounds like everyone had a good Easter Sunday. We had all the family around for the day, including my brother's new little Jack Russell puppy who is super cute! We put on a Easter Quiz & Hunt followed by Roast Beef & Chicken for 11. Then took a trip down memory lane and played Newmarket which my brother and I hadn't played since we were kids at big family gatherings. I love Easter Sunday, it's my favourite day of the year. Plum
Easter Monday and I'm still eating chocolate. Youngest son coming round later so may go for a walk. I've been in a drive in OHs car to get used to it (borrowing it soon and he thinks I should get used to it while there is no traffic ). I've washed my car and am now going to clean out chooks, eat more chocolate and do some sewing. Looks as though sun is coming out

I don't know why we ever stopped being in correspondence with each other. We've missed out on so much...
