I don't usually have any problems but I gather Yodel is not the best when it comes to couriers. They seem to make it up as they go along in the customer service department The company that I ordered from have now sacked them as their couriers.

My sister had a card from Royal mail yesterday saying that they had tried to deliver a parcel at 12... she picked up the card at 11.35am and had been in all morning, no knock on the door She made a VERY stroppy phone call

Had similar at work and home on numerous occasions. Currently nudging the Royal Mail to find a parcel of mine which has gone missing between the sorting office and my work address

 

Good luck with that Clare, we had a parcel come all the way from the States to the Chichester SO 4 miles from destination.............somehow for reasons best known to the PO it found it's way back to the States......DH & DS were both furious, this was in the summer, DH has finally got his money back

I have to say Amazon are generally v good , my one grouse is that they insist on sending emails of the progress of an order which I keep deleting as its OH's Christmas present - also had to rush into the Amazon screen and delete all the things I had been looking at. Also told OH NOT to open anything which arrives. Stresssssssssssssssssssssed

Recently (fingers crossed!) I haven't had any real issues with couriers.

 

I had a funny incident with a Yodel courier who knocked on my door and asked me to sign for a parcel for next door. I frequently take in parcels for neighbours. Well, the name on the parcel wasn't my neighbour's name, nor her OH or her son's name. So I politely refused to take it for her and explained my reasons. The courier wouldn't believe that I wouldn't take the parcel. He huffed and puffed and then flounced off....I then saw the neighbour on the other side take the parcel. Goodness knows what that courier will do with any parcels for me if I'm not in

Ooooh, perhaps it was my parcel that Yodel insist they delivered but never did.

 

I asked for it to go to my work address and apparently they delivered it to the back door and left it there as no one was in - yet you have to walk past the front door to reach the back and there are four of us in the office so there would always be someone in -
