Luvachicken
My daughter was given a present from Spain. It is some sort of ham or bacon - called Jamon Deshuesado Reserv Goik a ( can't quite read the last word- there is a letter missing between the k and a) Is it ham or is it bacon and what is the best way to cook it or eat it ? Thanks xx
The Dogmother
It seems to be just 'boned ham'. Difficult to tell without seeing it but I expect that it is cured. Are there any other instructions which I can translate for you?
Olly
Not a Spanish expert, but 'deshuesado' means 'boned'. It's ham, and I'd tread it like prosciutto or parma ham - serve it with some olives and crusty bread. Lucky you, sounds delicious!

Luvachicken
Thanks everyone - there are no other instructions or writing on it. I will have some for lunch tomorrow and let you know how it tastes.
Plum
Probably too late but ES says it's smoked ham and doesn't need to be cooked
