Lovely sunny day here, off to garden soon

Very heavy last night, no storms, but rain over night. Muggy and wet this morning but the rain has stopped and whilst it's still very overcast, it isn't too bad.

It's a bit cloudier than yesterday but generally warm and sunny

It has turned out OK in the end; the sky has lifted a bit and it is brighter and there's a cool breeze.

Had some rain overnight but sunny now and looking set for the day.

 

Could definitely feel the approach of Autumn this morning... there was quite a chill in the air.

Yes, chilly here first thing too. The greenhouse had condensation and the grass really dewy. It is so sunny and hot now though

Lots of rain here over night and drizzle first thing and 14deg. A bit warmer and brighter now, but rather humid too.

Warm, dry and sunny here too. Hardly a cloud in the sky Pity it was so cloudt last night as there was what would have been an amazing aurora borealis going on right outside our back door. Quite amazing even although we had to view it thro clouds. Axx

Had a rare lie in the sun late afternoon, trying to make the most of it.

Looks like it's going to be cooler and cloudy here for the rest of the week.

Gorgeous here today, really warm. Been outside all day... gardening, stripping pain off a door and walking the dogs.

Tuesday dawned misty, damp and really autumnal, but it's lovely now; clear blue skies.

Cloudy for most of the day but still quite cheerful with patches of blue.

Feels quite muggy- much warmer than it looks!

Lovely here this morning, no morning mist for the first time this week. It's already 18deg in the shade, bright and sunny and not too much dew, so the lads are already out in the fields... if this weather continues then we'll have the whole harvest in by Saturday night. They have been working round the clock - combining by searchlight, stopping when the dew starts to fall, then picking up again as soon as it's gone in the morning.

Yes I thought there was a bit of a nip in the air first thing this morning but sunny with a light breeze now.

Cool and breezy but beautiful blue sky and sunshine. OH went to the allotment this morning to enjoy the early sun and to dick up a few main crop potatoes. I had a lie in listening out for chicken arguments with newly combined group.

Lovely day today, cool this evening though. We actually lit the stove... not because it is particularly cold, but we have about 2 winters worth of wood!
