After her heroic recovery from the fox attack, the poor little thing was really wheezing and struggling to breathe this morning . Vet thinks there may be an obstruction but has put her on oxgyen in the meantime and will try a little sedation to see if she can see anything. Possible antibiotics too.

She's back home in the hospital wing (cardboard box!). The oxygen seems to have really helped, her breathing is normal and her comb is a healthy red again. She's had Baytril and has another 5 days worth. No guarantees but hopefully after a couple of days tlc she'll perk up again.

Amazingly, she seems perfectly fine . I popped her back in the run with the others and she went straight for the food. When I opened the door for them, they all ran out including her. She's standing quietly in the run just now so I'll still keep an eye on her but it's looking good .

Today, although she's looking fairly perky and is pottering around as normal, her breathing is still quite laboured and wheezy . She's a good colour though (unlike yesterday), so I'm hoping 4 more days of Baytril will help her recover .
