Going to Center parcs with YS 13 and OH. ES is holidaying in Zante with mates. I'm not mad on this kind of holiday and can only afford a week but it has a spa so I can be pampered - hell I'm worth it. Thinking about asking a friend for YS so hes not bored (how can you be bored with a lovely swinmming pool etc.) We have found we have tons of airmiles - might use those next year. The Scottish cottage looks fabulous. Enjoy your holidays one and all and Soapdragon - something will turn up so keep everything crossed. (OH has just got a job (only 6 hours a week) with a charity after some time of us living off his pension and my earnings. I am pleased as he will be good at this. Its a charity for the elderly - hes off to Morrisons Monday on the minibus with them all. ) sorry to hijack thread just want to give some hope.

We are off to Fowey in Cornwall for a week at the beginning of April, really looking forward to it, not seen the sea for a year.

Oooh - where & when?

We LOVE Centerparcs & are going again in November (have been at least once a year since they opened!)

We are off the the s"Ooops, word censored!"y new one in Woburn, & as it is just the 2 of us we will be treating ourselves to a nice Spa day too

Cinnamon - the Suffolk one in August. Only a week as we cant afford 2. But we have tons of airmile points so next yr we can use. We could have gone to Cyprus with airmiles but flights are all gone. Frankly we all seem to be in UK on here apart from one or 2 jetting off abroad. The Uk has a lot to offer apart from the weather . Amazingly for same accomodation in Woburn its 300 pounds dearer. Not sure why as it would be easier for us in London. Also ES is chicken and cat sitting so I want to be able to get home if theres a crisis.

last years holiday in Spain for four was so pricey - ridiculous - ES 17 counted as an adult and not even working. No wonder folks take their kids out of school.

 

Now - anyone in Suffolk - can you suggest any nice hotels as we would like to try a couple of days after Center parcs if poss.? Thanks in advance x
