Chickabee
I'm not one to let things get me down. I've got a brand new cube arriving on Monday with a 2 meter run. Do you think I can put it together with one arm/hand, with a little help from my right hand, but broken arm
BlueSilver
Argh, that doesn't really sound like something I'd take on, even just putting the wee clasps on would be difficult with one hand alone! Sometimes, trying to put a brave face on isn't worth it, you could really hurt yourself (even more, or again, either way). I'd get someone to help you or splash out a bit on having the cube-tech put it together - it's what I did, I'm disabled and though I "look" fine (because looking fine apparently is important!), I know my limitations. Good luck, either way!
Chickabee
What's a cube tech? Can I book one from omlet?
BlueSilver
Yes, you can indeed! When I ordered my cube, I added it to my order, was a mere 20 quid, and I figured that was well spent as it would have taken me all day to put the thing together. Not sure if you have had the Cube delivered already? Perhaps you could call them and explain you're Currently Indisposed and would need to add installation to your order? gavclojak
Oooo I had the option of having done for free if you live within two hours of omlet HQ. well worth a phone call as putting the cube and run together took my brother/dad most of an afternoon! Chickabee
I am within the correct distance, but it doesn't apply because I bought a cube on special offer, because it's green and purple
gavclojak
That's a bit mean of omlet, give them a call. I am sure they can help you out x
Chickabee
e (because looking fine apparently is important!) I look anything but fine at the moment. I do hate these image hypocracies. "Ooops, word censored!"ody is perfect. I've been a size 10 and a size 16 and all the sizes in between. "Ooops, word censored!"ody is special because they're perfect, because "Ooops, word censored!"ody is perfect . Rant over. I do love my life

Chickabee
The cube is in my front room in its many boxes. I'm waiting for my brother in law to come round and put it together for me.
Purplemaniacs
Hope you don't have to wait for too long. Can you manage to check it is all there with one arm? If you can it might be worth doing as there would be nothing worse than being already to build it and finding a vital piece is missing. What colour did you go for? Chickabee
Good idea chrissie. I got a green and purple one. It was on special offer will post pics when it's all done
Bramble
Green and purple sounds ACE It's definitely worth checking that all the bits are there (I'm afraid I tend to find with Omlet that there's often something missing - usually small but crucial ) The roof runner thingys were missing when I did my Cube ... Looking forward to piccies!
