Cat tails Posted July 3, 2016 Author Share Posted July 3, 2016 I'm quite smitten with my new little time wasters! They are too cute and actually really tame! They joined me when I was attaching the Feedr in the back of the run on the ridge of the Go Up. And one started picking at my hair. It then hopped on my hand and stayed there to get an air lift to the right side of the garden. The other two aren't really impressed by these intruders yet. But they are quite vunerable to predators I guess. Red the tomcat already had his go this morning and even my rather dumb iPoes thinks they are worth a stalk... Have to keep my eye on them! Chickabee Posted July 3, 2016 Share Posted July 3, 2016 I like Raaf and Merel. It's hard with black because most names sound harsh and they're such sweet little things. I've just got 2 new girls. A gold silkie who coincidentally I was thinking of calling Red, and a Cream Legbar who might be called Purdey, after my favourite Joanna Lumley character from the 70's. And technically Nutmeg and Ginger have those names, but I normally call them Pink and Purple because of their legbands. Cinnamon was Yellow. (For about half an hour) Other than when I let my cousin choose the name of the bluebell that I bought her. It was the day after Prince died so she called it Purple Rain .
