Alis girls

The Missing 2

Recommended Posts

I had to hide behind my ipad when the butchers wife bit was on :o Prior to 'what happened' I was thinking, lock the front door! Lock the door! But she obv didnt hear me.

So sad about Sophie/Alice though

I am a bit worried about something happening to the commanders daughter. I think he is very involved in whats been going on but with having dementia or alzheimers, he is forgetting bits and pieces and remembering others. Is his daughter old enough to be a possible child of one the missing girls? Probably not, but just from what he said about her reminding him of someone but not her mum.

I took that to be she reminded him of Sophie/Alice. Hmmm think she is too old to be child of theirs, but there has been no mention of her mother so maybe he was involved with young girls before Sophie / Alice. It must be hard to get thrillers just right. They have you confused.com or else they are too easy, like DCI Banks. I love books and have enjoyed past series but have thought the script and acting in last series very wooden/artificial.

There was a gravestone for whichever girl it was who died. There are some weird things thou - no one heard of dna - they've taken enough blood i would think from the poor girl can't just do a DNA test. Shes not looking any better - would've thought good food, fresh air etc might've perked her up and some concealer for the dark shadows. I thought I was watching walking dead  . Also Daily Mail was waffling on about a camper van in episode one and the fact the paint colour is relevant. I think back to episode 1 to see what I have missed.

The first episode showed Alice skiving and walking along a road. The yellow van pulled up and dragged her into the back of the yellow van.

The young DUTCH (okay honestly I think they are Belgium) driving through Switzerland passed a red van. When the camera zoomed in, it showed yellow bits and a barking German shepherd.

I think it was Sophie burned in the shed.

Took me to this episode to realise that the demented man is the same man as the Brigadier.

They put her through the mincer didnt they. Hense the close up of some monstrous bit of kit for making some sort of meat product. :vom:

wasnt so much a nighty as a basque thing - know what you mean though.

Mmmm I didn't look, as soon as there is a mere suggestion of anything unseemly I don't look. I learnt my lesson by watching pulp fiction...Zed...that's all I'm saying
