lisa33
Woo hoo....the right one has been booted out at last. Any one else not convinced about the "injury"? I hurt my back a few months ago and there is no way with just a bit of strapping that I could have cavorted about like that. About time I say. I was very dubious about the injury too. sam42
Me too! thought it was a very convenient injury for the sympathy vote. She definitely deserved to go.
Lesley
I was ready to stop watching if she hadn't gone last night - it would have been a complete travesty. Now, if they can just get rid of the 'right' one next week as well.............. I like Alesha as well.......

There is a pic of her in today's paper of her pushing her child in an enormous pushchair, taken on Sunday. I doubt you could do that with a back injury. I certainly couldn't have done. The Dogmother
I agree, and did you notice the 'sympathy article' in the Mail on Saturday? Didn't work this time I could cheerfully smack her!
susanbb
What do you think of the interview on "It takes two" then with Anton and Kate
Egluntyne
Anton is very amusing. I'm still not convinced about the back injury. They were a bit too physical I thought.
Egluntyne
Who do you think will get booted off tonight. I have just watched it whilst eating breakfast. We went out last night. That's twice in a week!! I was shocked at Kelly and Brendan's lack lustre performance. It was a real disappointment. Brendan said it was because they had only practiced for 8 hours.....erm is that an excuse at this stage? They had time to put on a birthday party for her! There should be no excuses by now I was also disappointed in John's performance. He is usually so good at the Latin dances. My prediction for the final...Alesha and Matthew, Gethin and Camilla and Matt and Flavia. with Gethin and Camilla going out first, and Alesha and Matthew winning. Can't wait. buffie
We settled down to watch just before 7, I used the hard drive recorder. Anyway I forgot to put it onto BBC 2 so we missed most of it Never mind we'll watch tonight. So sorry to miss Gethin and Matt was amazing. I agree with what you've predicted for the final 3 but still think it's open as to the winner I'm baking the Christmas cake so better go and check it! Dancing Gal
I hope Kelly goes - if she wants to win she should put in the work. Brendan's excuses were nonsense. The standard of the dance was an insult to the viewers and the other competitors who do give it their all. I'm sure the judges will save her though if she does end up in the bottom 2. Cinnamon
I think John will be out, with him & Kelly being in the bottom 2. Did you cop a load of Matts hips ?

Lesley
I've just watched it again on BBC Breakfast - I think Kelly's poor dancing may have been due to the fact that she was probably worried about her assets dropping out of the bottom band of that top! chelsea
I think the way Brendan acted after the judging made the audience dislike them too......I know the judges are annoying sometimes but the way he reacted wasnt called for. Felt a bit sorry for Kelly as she didnt know where to put herself.
Guest
I've just read on Teletext that Kelly has withdrawn from the show! Apparently her father died on Monday, from cancer aged 57. She vowed to continue, but today decided that she just can't do it. That is such a shame, especially after last week's shambles. Edit: from the BBC Strictly site: Kelly Brook has sadly decided to leave the competition [30 November 2007] The BBC has released the following statement: 'Sadly Kelly Brook has taken the decision to pull out of Strictly Come Dancing following the loss of her father this week. 'Kelly has done some training as she had hoped to continue with the show in his memory. However, understandably she has found it too difficult.' Kelly has been a fantastic part of the programme and she will be sorely missed by everyone on the show who would also like to express their deepest sympathy to Kelly and her family at this difficult time. Kelly Brook's management has also released the following statement: 'Kelly Brook has decided to withdraw from Strictly Come Dancing to be with her family following the death of her father this week. 'Kelly would like to wish the remaining contestants the best of luck, thank everyone for their support and to add that she has thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the series.' Egluntyne
What a terrible shame. It would have been impossible to carry on I'm sure. How sad for her and her family.
