Thanks all, took all the new paperwork in today and was told it would be processed this afternoon - I think that means to be given a date for court and she told me on the phone yesterday that they were currently booking end of December/beginning of January.

 

Shame I don't get to forward the date myself. I would hand deliver it in a Christmas card - on christmas morning!

Well done. If nothing else is going to happen until end Dec / early Jan, try and put it to the back of your mind and have a fantastic christmas. Will you still be on the strict phase of lighterlife or will you be able to eat a sprout?
