Yes been on the market since August but the market is very very quiet. Dore is usually quite a safe bet but it has been dreadful. The estate agent has gone onto short hours its so quiet! but hopefully things might pick up. We advertised again in the telegraph this weekend and have had 4 viewings so fingers crossed. Good luck!! Off to a smallholding in Derbyshire? Hopefully, after a place in Barlborough where I work and the children go to school.
