Olly
Went to a friend's last night, and she had a present her sister had brought back from New York. It was an eggling! These are so - and what a great present for someone who doesn't want, or can't eat, chocolate. I'm going to order a few I think, just got time to get them delivered before Easter! craftyhunnypie
Very cute! Reminds me of the days when we used to grow cress in empty egg shells! Can just picture a row of egglings in my kitchen window! A nice idea & some easter eggs are more than the price of an eggling! The Dogmother
They used to sell these at Joe Browns and I once sent a link to James, suggesting that they sold them in the Omlet shop... you can guess the rest...
Olly
What a shame - they'd be brilliant! I now see you can get them on Amazon, Johnlewis.com etc - quite a range of places, so I am going to settle down and order some this lunchtime. Choccy eggs are so expensive (compared to the actual weight of chocolate) and have so much packaging. My sister is diabetic, and as she's doing lunch on Easter Sunday I'm going to get her one of these instead.

ubereglu
Ooh, good plan-especially as I can't exactly eat anything really hard, like chocolate, a.t the minute due to my braces Well, unless it's in hot chocolate form that is!!!
