What a lovely chick - does it have feathered legs, Bron?

I was going to let one of mine sit - she'd been sitting for a full week with 2 of her own eggs, and I was going to replace them with 2 out of the incy once I've candled. I decided against it last night and when she came out for corn last night took the pet carrier away she was sitting in (I felt really bad :( ) but she made a lot of noise for about 20 mins, then went to bed with the rest.

and yes it does have feathered feet.

The other one did too. I took a picture of it. You can't see the whole thing but you can see its colouring and markings so I'm going to post it to see if anyone knows what it is. The pictures not horrific or anything but if youre really sensitive dont look down for the next bit

I don't think the yellow chick looks like a Silkie, more like a Pekin, although all the colours on your list, the chicks would be black + white/grey. The yellow chick would be Buff.

The poor wee brown one looks like a Welsummer but obviously must be a cross if it's got feathered feet - I don't see anything else on your list it could be.

I guess it did say including those on the list. I would hazard though that all the sellers birds were pekins or silkies (plus crosses) though.

I hope the yellow one is a pekin even if it is a crossed I think I prefer them.

Fingers crossed its a girl though I would be tempted to dark box it if its not.

I think it looks like your pic though

I guess its a welsummer cross. had a look at some pics and it did look very similar. bit like ordinary quail chicks or russian hamsters of course thent he feathering and egg colour would be because of the cross. Never mind poor thing. Mums being greeat with yellow one.
