I actually took her to the vets as I really couldn't bear it any longer.She was so sick it just broke my heart seeing her like that.

 

Dear sweet Lily - a lovley hen with an excess of personality.We will miss her & her wonderful white eggs.

Sorry to hear about lily. It sounds like a similar way to how Henrietta went down hill. Our chicken man thought she'd probably had a stroke-but then there were a lot more things wrong with her.

 

At least she is suffering no longer and you don't have her burdening on your mind.
