4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

Here is our completed run, or should I say Sugar and Cocoa's completed run. We are still pondering on a shelf, so that will be added but this is it.

 

Dustbath added, logs, old tile that was in my garden that they liked to stand on, so I put it in there for them.

 

As you can see it has a tin roof, so it has plenty of shade but does get the sun across one end if they want it.

 

I hope you like it.

thank you, I think they should be happy there, mind you they've been out in the garden free ranging all afternoon with us. I think they thought by hiding under a bush I cant see them.... someone has to tell sugar she's white..

well I can see the general idea is that I get more girlies I think I am staying with my two at the moment and not rushing things.

Yes we have thought about a table for the eglu, but it doesn't really need the shade because it has a solid roof, not clear.

 

I will probably adapt it over time, hubby says we can build an extention if needed

I cant even fill this run, let alone an extended one!..

 

The girls love it by the way!!... they were splashed in sun this morning, so I used the eglu sun shade and clipped it on the wire to give them more shade..

They are so beautifull, I have to keep looking at them, they probably think.. go away!!!!!

it was brilliant as we could hang stuff off the mezzanine and also the chooks liked to sit underneath it. Also made the eglus easier to carry from waist height.
