Im feeling much better today. in fact I came off the anti inflamitories and painkillers last wednesday (so 6 days after the op). I still have a bit of pain but its managable. and is forcing me to take it easy (rather then feeling indestructable while on painkillers). Had my first day back in the kitchen yesturday (felt good to get back on my feet).
