MaggieMcHen Posted August 8, 2008 Share Posted August 8, 2008 I have just lost three of my 6 girls to pair of foxes I now want to build a biggggggg enclosed run for them but need to build myself, can't afford ready made. Any help on suppliers for weld mesh would be gratefully received. I can't get myself up and running again until they are fully enclosed. chooklady Posted August 8, 2008 Share Posted August 8, 2008 So sorry to hear about your chooks. We have a big fox problem in our area, hence the enclosure we're building. We got our weldmesh from www.hillsofdevon.co.uk. very helpful and fast delivery. When we ordered ours they didn't have the 1 x 1 inch so we bought the 1/2 x 1 inch and 1.6mm to make sure nothing could bite through it. Gamebird Posted August 8, 2008 Share Posted August 8, 2008 Oh my goodness, I am so sorry to hear your bad news. I'm afraid I cannot give you any advice on enclosed runs.
