Introduction of Poultry Tax - 2009

Recommended Posts

Yes anyone can move to the island, ther's no requirement for you to live here for a set number of years before you buy property either.

As for photos well... this is the one downside to living on a small island. Yes we have Broadband, its meant to be 8Mbit but as we're at the end of a very long cable it actually works out at 0.4

This doesn't mean much to me except that it takes forever to download anything and Photobucket is playing up for me at the moment. I'll try and find some links once the kids go back to school tomorrow

:D

There's also MIRAS on all mortgages, we can claim up to £12k interest on our UK mortgage while we're looking for a property here as well. And we can combine our personal tax allowances as a married couple and use it to bring OH's tax bill down too!

There's miles of open countryside, no foxes, badgers, snakes or squirels. We regularly see chickens wandering free as we travel around the island. This was one of the reasons for coming!

I promise I'll try and find some links :)

There a few new taxes you have missed.

It "The Government Tax" for the number of clangers you have made and is to be paid by you and not one else.

"The Goof Up Tax" for each department that looses anything like discs or tapes, the odd laptop etc will be taxed. That department and the mp who you have put in as head its head will be taxed for their Goof Ups.

Microwave chips. Not for the entire six weeks, obviously. But every now and then they are Ok, if a little revolting (like politicians, funnily enough ). Was written by you on an other reply.

So Microwave need taxing or the chips which make the microwaves.

Whilst we are on the subject of tax you put VAT & other taxes on fuel, this means tax on tax so 58% of the price of a litre of fuel is just tax. So this is why local independent garages are going out of business because people choose where the buy their fuel.

Supermarkets try to bring the price of fuel down then you say no and add 2p more.

Also we have notice none of your cars have not been changed for smaller more eco friendly cars why not?
