My materinity leave started last week and ive just had an email today to say OFSTED are coming on the 24th!

 

I know i shouldnt laugh but the timing has made me giggle a little!

 

Mind you ive done OFSTED 5 times during my career so giving birth will be an overdue change!

Giving birth is a lot easier!!!!

 

I thought my mum was mad when she spoke to me just before I left for the hospital and she said make sure you enjoy it!!! Mad woman I thought but I loved having my two kids - painful but unbelievable!

 

However, I don't mind Ofsted either - maybe I'm just strange!!!!

I got an email from a former pupil the other day who is now working in IT tech in a local school telling me Ofsted were coming in and talking about how stressful it is! Of course he's seen them before but never really understood why all the staff were so up tight.

 

NEVER in all my working life have I been though anything nearly as stressful as an OFSTED. I'm sure giving birth wil be a breeze!

Good luck Emma, You're well out of the Ofsted. I had one in my first year of teaching whilst also trying to figure out SATS so I resoned that everything would be easy after that!!

Bean appears to be very cosy with no signs of shifting! The eviction order has been torn up and set alight!

Midwife appointment this afternoon followed by acupuncture so keep the good vibes coming! You never know i might hatch in the next 24 hours
