xChicken04x
Hi Guys, Biggles and Pom, the two cream Legbar girls have been crouching since last week and both went up to the nesting box together this morning. I've managed to keep away nearly all day and let them get on with it, however temptation got the better of me and I went to sneek a peek. Just as I opened the nesting box, Biggles was all hunched up mid-lay!!! I closed it for a minute, then went back to find a rather confused looking Biggles and a jealous looking Pom. Underneath her was the brightest blue egg I've ever seen . Here is some pictures for you, it doesn't do it justice though its VERY bright. Weldone Biggles!!!! xx

Scottie
How old are your Cream Legbars? Our one, Bunty is now about 30 weeks and still no sign of any eggs, let alone blue ones! The two marans, Tansy and Blossom are the same age and aren't laying either! Fortunately, Penguin (same age Exch. Leghorn) and the two hybrids are laying well.
