Snickerdoodles

I made some of these for rehearsals, and someone said he felt like a giant with small biscuits.

 

So this week I made a HUGE one and he wasn't there! :roll::lol:

 

....do you need any help eating it? :D:wink:

We chopped it into slices like a cake and ate it like that! :lol:

I made some today and they were much enjoyed by both my pole dancing class and my Hen party people.

 

I've eaten 3 :oops::oops:so far

 

Just one point - could you modify the recipe for people like me that read one thing at a time.

 

I read to combine all the dry ingredients and set aside - which I did

 

Then I read to cream the butter and the sugar

 

Well the sugar was already combined with the dry ingredients!

 

They came out OK

 

Oh I seem to have eaten another one...

I did that the first time I made them too :roll::oops: .

 

Luckily, they still tasted ok.

I always treat recipes like exam papers - read through to the end before you start :lol:

 

....or, at least, I read the method properly but I am notoriously bad at speed-reading the ingredients :roll: I often have to improvise with ingredients :lol:
