How about if we do this again this year, from December 1st?

It will get us all in the Christmas spirit, & make the forum look all festive & fab

 

So, thats 2 weeks you have to come up with something wonderful

I just have. I copied the chosen pic (make sure it gets saved as a new name otherwise the original pic will be gone forever). Cropped it to what I wanted to be in the final picture. Then I adjusted the size (80x80 pixels) and it seemed to work for me.

Do you use Photobucket Lynsey? - if you save it there then it lets you resize it to avatar size.
