Thank you Secret Santa! I received a dolly mixture phone charm, however as I keep my phone in my pocket all the time it's not much use as what it's meant for. Instead I have hung it up on the wall and am deliberating about whether to hang it on my keys instead.

I got a lovely knitted green bag with a sweet little knitted flower brooch on the front - thank you so much Secret Santa, it's lovely!

 

My DD is eyeing up my little bag & it's about perfect in size for her once hung over her shoulder! I was wondering if there is a pattern I could follow to make her one of her own! Plus a few extras maybe as gifties :wink: !! My knitting skills are minimal, but I'm sure even I could manage this & have a respectable end result :roll: !!

 

It's very lumpy bumpy now as it contains my book & camera & a few other knick-knacks which I was going to take out with me this evening. It stretches to fit...wonderful!!

it does seem ages ago, doesn't it! I have concluded that everyone is so busy preparing for New Years Eve/playing with their presents that they haven't had time to post on the forum. I'd love to see pics of other people's presents though, and since it WAS (mostly) secret, it would be nice for the Santas to see that their gifts were received?

Mum's heating has gone kaput, so she is still at our house (while we go back to hers to do my washing in dribs and drabs and check on the electric heaters etc). Since she has been here quite a few things have gone AWOL - including my jam!!! :evil: The thing that I don't mind going missing (MIL's noisy cake slice) keeps turning up - arghhhh! So when things go back to normal - well as best possible here, I will take some piccies. Hopefully the plumber will replace the boiler fan when the parts shop goes back to work on the 7th. I'll be glad to get this year over with!

 

In the meantime - I just love Paola's little hens - soooo cute. :clap::clap::clap:

Wow - that scarf is gorgeous, I love the colour too & the funkyness of it. Very up my street! :wink:

The secret santa was really fun, I hope my recipient liked their prezzie as I've not heard anything. But of course they could be away.

That robin is soooo cute! 8) The trouble with being a bit crafty though, is when I see all these lovely things I keep thinking I'd love to have a go at making that, oh and that, and that, and .... :lol: I think I'd best stick to what I can do - I've had lots of inspiration though! What a talented bunch you all are! 8)
